Welcome to VirelaStory! We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Your privacy and trust are very important to us, and it is our commitment to being transparent about the use of collected information.
This policy applies to the VirelaStory apps, websites, and related services and contents we provide (collectively, "VirelaStory" or "Services"). This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, disclosure, and sharing of your Personal Data in connection with VirelaStory, and sets out your choices and rights in relation to that Personal Data. For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy does not apply to other products or services that display or reference a different privacy policy.
VirelaStory collects the following information from and about you:
Registration Information is the information you submit to register for a VirelaStory Service, for example, to create an account, post comments, or enter a contest. Registration Information may include, for example, name, email address, gender, zip code and birthday.
Public Information and Posts consist of comments or content that you post to the VirelaStory Services and the information about you that accompanies those posts or content, which may include a name, user name, comments, likes, status, profile information and picture. Public Information and Posts are always public, which means they are available to everyone and may be displayed in search results on external search engines.
If you access or login to a VirelaStory Service through a social media service or connect a VirelaStory Service to a social media service, the information we collect may also include your user ID and/or user name associated with that social media service, any information or content you have permitted the social media service to share with us, such as your profile picture, email address or friends lists, and any information you have made public in connection with that social media service. When you access the VirelaStory Services through social media services or when you connect a VirelaStory Service to social media services, you are authorizing VirelaStory to collect, store, and use such information and content in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
When you access and interact with the VirelaStory Services, we may collect certain information about those visits. For example, in order to permit your connection to the VirelaStory Services, our servers receive and record information about your computer, device, and browser, including potentially your IP address, browser type, and other software or hardware information. If you access the VirelaStory Services from a mobile or other device, we may collect a unique device identifier assigned to that device, geolocation data, or other transactional information for that device.
Cookies and other tracking technologies (such as browser cookies, pixels, beacons, and Adobe Flash technology including cookies) are comprised of small bits of data that often include a de-identified or anonymous unique identifier. These technologies may be used to collect and store information about your usage of the VirelaStory Services, such as pages you have visited, content you have viewed, search queries you have run and advertisements you have seen. Third parties that support the VirelaStory Services by serving advertisements or providing services may also use these technologies to collect similar information. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies, but you can change your settings to notify you when a cookie is being set or updated, or to block cookies altogether.
We may supplement the information we collect with information from other sources, such as publicly available information from social media services, commercially available sources and information from our Affiliates or business partners.

Be aware that any personal information that you choose to share in public spaces such as comments or profile pages can be read, collected, or used by others, or could be used to send unsolicited messages to you. You are responsible for the personal information that you choose to post in public spaces through the Services.
If your personal information is wrong, we strive to give you ways to update it quickly or to remove it — unless we are required to retain that information for legitimate business or legal purposes. When updating your personal information, we may ask you to verify your identity before we can act on your request.
You have the right to access, review, update, and correct inaccuracies in your personal information in our custody and control, subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law. You can message us within the APP to ask us to delete a part or your entire personal data.

Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of the transmission or storage of your information.
We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information. Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. If you are located outside Singapore and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data to Singapore and process it there. VirelaStory may modify and update this Privacy Policy from time to time without notifying you in advance. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the VirelaStory Services.
